I can't believe I have to do this... Day 22 and a Re-Start

Sleep ~7 hours

Exercise: awesome! Weights/Conditioning x1hour after work tonight

There were millions of donuts today at work-no fair! But it actually wasn't too hard to say no. I just avoided the area all together!

Meal 1: the usually coffee with coconut oil and coconut milk, 2 hard-boiled eggs, half avocado and tomatoes on mixed greens

Meal 2: Chipolte! Yums! Chicken salad wit extra meat, no dressing, cheese or beans of course! And a banana

Meal 3: sweet potato sop, two small chicken muffins, apple

Snack....... coconut milk and pumpkin purée (I made this for tomorrow, but I had a couple bites.... :)

Meal 4 (post - workout): grass-fed beef in tomato sauce and spaghetti squash

I must sleep! Another 12 hour shift tomorrow!

Day 10: finished 12 hour shift. Tired. Cranky. Avoided muffins, donuts, and a giant chocolate chip,cookie at work today. It was so hard! Hold habits.....

Meal 1: coffe w coc milk, eggs, avocado, tomato, apple

Meal 2: salmon curry, tea, apple

Meal 3: meat muffins,x2, pumpkin purée with sesame seeds

Meal 4 (post-workout): eggs, sweet potato soup, sautéed veggies
