teprs13
I thought I planned well, my company was bringing in Roti for lunch, I knew I could make a salad with olives and a bunch of veggies- I bought in my own EVOO and balsamic vinegar for dressing. What I didn't expect.... the salad was pre-made with couscous - do you know how hard it is to pick every piece of couscous out of a salad!?!? I think I got it all but if I mistakenly ate one or two (or ten) small pieces of Israeli couscous do I need to go back to Day 1?????
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted March 11, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2016 Read this article to help you decide. Couscous is a gluten grain (it's made of wheat), which is a pretty major item that you're supposed to avoid during Whole30 because many, many people find they have negative reactions to it. At the very, very least, you need to make sure you've gone 30 days without any wheat before you reintroduce it.
