Started on March 7th

I started on Monday, March 7th.  I am doing this because I needed to clean my system of sugar just having a more structured eating plan.  I am doing this with a best friend of mine.  The two of us have done a variety of eating plans and challenges as well as workout plans and we were both ready for a new adventure and challenge.  So far after the first five days this is a good challenge - especially since we both started it when we were trying to recover from a bug we both caught.

Looking forward to being a part of the W30 group!
