I never thought I would finish this Whole30 thing and am amazed at the results both physically and emotionally. Thank you Whole30! I feel like I've been dieting and trying all sorts of things my whole life and this is the one that FINALLY made sense. Whole, clean food. I will absolutely be continuing the healthy habits I picked up while doing Whole30 and have been recommending it to everyone!
