Petra_1975 Posted March 14, 2016 Share Posted March 14, 2016 I am a little bit ashamed of my behavior, but i have to admit i still don't have a healthy relationship with food. I still crave food. Only this time "healthy food" - vegetables. I can't stop eating them and really crave them. Although this is healthy food, the behavior is not healthy as it still is cravings.
