Sulfites are pretty major. Read this article and decide for yourself what you want to do, and definitely read every label going forward -- you'd be surprised the things they put in foods. The one that I had to restart over during my first W30 was soy in my tea. I'm still a little annoyed about that, it's just completely unnecessary to put soy in tea.

 

If the thought of starting over at day 1 is too overwhelming, you could say you're on day 12 of a Whole40.
