Today, Mar 21st, is The Day!!

Today will be my husband and I's first day on the Whole30 program! I am very excited and anxious. This will be our first time doing this challenge. I've got a long history of obesity and am aiming to fix that by becoming healthy and feeding my body real food. I have been reading and researching for about a month now and am ready to jump in. I do have to say I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with meal planning, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. I'm going to plan for shopping every two or three days until I can get familiar with the recipes, ingredient quantities, meal sizes, etc. I think it will also help me with keeping produce fresh and shopping with sales. Anywho, I'm very excited about starting this new journey in my life! Thanks for your support!
