Fish and eggs anybody? Vego/pesco whole30 :)

I'm on Day 29! I thought dairy would be tough, since I ate Greek yogurt nearly every day, but it really hasn't been hard. There are so many delicious things you CAN eat, that Ive never felt deprived. And I was a sugar addict. ;)

 

I've eaten eggs for breakfast nearly every day for the past 29 days, and I have come to determine that I LOVE eggs! And avocado! I never get tired of them. I cook up a bunch of vegetables and put in two eggs, one organic chicken sausage and have 1/2 avocado. Of course, you can use fish in lieu of the sausage. Anything that's less processed is going to be better for you. :)

I took one extra day before beginning so today is my Day 1. Scrambled eggs and greens for breakfast and a day of chilling in bed catching up on study. Thankfully I have an Easter break ahead of me so can relax my way through this next couple of weeks.
