The shopping list also says all mustards are compliant -- but I've definitely seen some that are not. I think what they mean is, all teas (or mustards) that do not contain other off-plan ingredients are fine, but you are always responsible for reading labels before you consume anything to make sure that they comply with the Whole30 rules.
