too long between meals?

I leave the house at 8, and don't get home until 6.  M1 is at about 7, M3 as well, so I eat lunch at 1 - halfway through.  That's 6 hours (well 5.5 since it takes 20-30 minutes to eat) ... more than the 4-5 suggested between meals, but I'm not supposed to snack.  What do I do?  A lot of times I'm hungry before the next meal, but wait until mealtime.  I'm on day 23, so feel like by now if my body is telling me I'm hungry, I'm legit hungry.

I'd up the fat content of your meals rather than resorting to snacks if you're that far in. It's in that bigger window that the body learns to tap into your fat stores for fuel.

What does a ttpical day look like for you food-wise?

I regularly eat breakfast @ 6:30/45am, lunch @ 1:30/2pm, and then dinner around 6:30pm or later.

I usually know it's time to eat, but I'd never say I'm hungry.
