runner480 Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 Hello- I will be starting my Whole 30 journey April 1st. During the 30 days I will be training for a half marathon. I typically use Power Bar brand gels. Problem is that there are 10mgs of sugar in each packet. Anyone have any approved alternatives? I will need to use something, especially on my long runs!
