It can be extremely hard to find but Wegman's carries one that is compliant and delicious. If it meets all the compliance tests, you are fine. Lots of companies say 'no sugar' but you have to read the label because they don't have to call things like maple syrup 'sugar'. It's nigh on impossible to find compliant ham and especially deli slices... if you have found it, great but I would really look at that label... including in small print where it may say 'contains less than 2% of whatever'...
