I am gunna say chocolate is a no. And, you are correct...this may come close to being SWYPO and not helping to break old habits. Keep in mind, Larabars (and the like) are for emergencies only. Snacks should include all of the nutrients...protein, fat and veggies, consider them mini meals. If you must have a dessert/treat, I like berries with just a bit of coconut milk.
