Scrambled (in ghee) eggs with a couple of drops of siracha 1/2 of a perfectly ripened avocado in those pretty little slices very simply roasted sweet potato hashbrowns: diced sp's tossed in melted ghee and a little Himalayan pink salt and roasted for 15-20 min at 400 degrees. OMG! Even my skeptical husband agreed it was the best breakfast ever (with his non-compliant turkey bacon ) I'm well fueled for a day of seriously yard work! This is what my friend calls EggsCanaday (after me). I make it with shredded hashbrowns and I put a touch of nutmeg and paprika in when they're sauteeing... it's requested for breakfast everytime we go to the cabin together and she basically made her husband learn how to make it so he coud make it for her too. Throw some sauteed green beans (garlic powder, ginger, a few grains of cayenne pepper and salt) on the plate and it's delish! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
