Starting 3-30!

Already broke the first rule and waited too long to start based on some social engagements that realistically I should have challenged myself to overcome.


I've been eating mostly Whole30 and/or Paleoish for the last 2-3 months, so hoping that helps in the beginning of this journey. I have terrible weekend habits though, which will be my true Whole30 test. I have 3 friends starting this week as well after I wouldn't shut up about the Whole30, so I'm really grateful to have others to talk to about our progress!


Hoping for better results at the gym and to improve my sleeping habits and energy levels through thinking about what I put into my body.


Here we go!!!!
