Autolyzed yeast vs MSG

I understand that MSG is not W30 compliant, and I've avoided it for years anyway (around the same time I cut out all artificial sweeteners).

With that said, it is my understanding that autolyzed yeast has naturally-occurring glutamate in it, which is not the same as MSG.

Does this mean autolyzed yeast is W30 compliant? Is autolyzed yeast the same as nutritional yeast?
