I am starting October 1st!

I have been reading and learning about whole 30 for a month or two now and felt the nudge to go for it for the month of October. Just home from the best family vacation yet, I am ready to refresh my body and start this! I have been learning to eat only when hungry and stop when full for several years (easier said than done) and have been gluten free since March. That is because I realized what it was doing to my body-now if I do accidentally eat it I get sick, major stomach pains and problems and throwing up, nasty bad! So I am looking forward to what new things I will feel, and I want to commit 100% to this 30 days. I blog some at http://www.myheartandyours.org/ and I hope to journal my way through as time allows. I would love support as I start this and encouragement NOT to look at this like a diet, as I NEVER have been able to stick to a diet, balance and moderation has always been what has worked for me. Looking forward to this............
