Newbie starting week 1 April 1. 2016

Hi everyone! I am committing to W30 having tried "on my own" to lose weight for years. I thought I was eating fairky healthy but obviously not (after reading Whole30)! I am a bit terrified but need to do this. I tried it all, daily trios to the gym, one od thise diet programs, juicing sporatically, etc. Looking for any support as I start this April 1st.

I am starting my 2nd one on April 1st. I did my first one last April and decided to come back and do a 2nd one and hopefully stick with it this time around.  Welcome to the club!  The forums helped a lot for my first one and pretty much every question I had someone answered or it was already in the forum somewhere.
