jmccormi
Any words of wisdom from the experts? I will be traveling for work for 1.5 weeks during the month I am on this program. A little concerned that I won't be able to keep 100% Whole30 during this time away from home.
Guest
Hi there! I am not an expert at all, but I do have been travelling a lot during my first whole30. Not 1,5w in a row (is this your case?), but a lot. What I tried to do was to bring food with me in case I couldn t find compliant meals. Usually, breakfast was easy in hotels (scrambled eggs, fruit), but lunch was more difficult to me (too many sandwiches around?). I packed some boiled eggs, chicken or apples to support. Salmon cakes are also easy to take with you. Hope this was helpful? Good luck with your journey!
youngann
jmccormi...I'm also starting on May 1st but I'm retiring on April 30th so I won't have to deal with work-related stress. I will, however, be quitting smoking on my start day so I'm sure I'll be dealing with double demons. Perhaps we can buddy up and help support each other.
