10 Day Freedom Detox

I'm a food addict. It's taken over and affected every aspect of me and my life. All attempts to change have been unsuccessful and have not lasted more than a few days. My goal is to go low carb and Whole30-ish for the next 7 days. This will the longest I have ever gone. The first few days are the hard part during which I always give up. If I get past them then everything will be smooth sailing from there. 7 days and I'm free forever.

I'm a food adict too. I'm doing whole 30 to the T .......BUT I have added a little cheese to my egg. Somebody told me that that means I'm not doing the whole 30. I guess thats true but I want this to be my whole forever I don't want to ever eat these foods that have made me sick or feel like I can't live without certain foods. It's scary because I feel strong and motivated but I have felt like this before and failed. I'm only on day 3 but I so far am enjoying it "this way" with a little cheese. So good luck to you.
