Whole 30 Results Feb 28 to March 30

Just completed my first Whole 30. 
My results include no heartburn, no hot flashes, better sleep, better energy.
Interesting - my resting heart rate reduced from an average of 74 beats per minute to 62 beats per minute according to my fitbit.  That is a great indicator of reduced hidden systematic inflammation - important to me since we have a wide selection of familial history of cancer, heart disease, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. 
Eliminated daily Prevacid.
As a bonus - I lost 7 pounds and dropped a size!
I did this with the usual challenges and on a very heavy weekly airport based work travel schedule. 
Well worth it!
The journey will continue!
