whunter Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 My name is Wendy and my husband and I are staring the program for the first time today (March 31st). I thought that we would begin on a Thursday, so the first part of the program (dealing with the sugar withdrawal specifically), which usually causes headaches etc. would be at the end of the week and over the weekend. I'm a bit nervous and a lot excited. I have had digestive issues for a very long time, and have been holding onto about 40lbs of weight for most of my adult life. I'm hoping that the next 30 days is a great beginning to a new and healthier me! Any advice is appreciated. I'm prepped for the next few days so here we go!
