Newbie... First time with Whole30-Starting Monday

Hi! I have read It Starts With Food, and am currently reading the Whole 30 .... still got a little more to finish - I have been perusing recipes like crazy.... I am excited and very nervous (I Love pasta).  I have a friend - she and I started last October with the "fitgirlsguide" and I started watching what I ate then... but its an up and down roller coaster for me, sometimes I am on the ball... other times I'm not.  But I am working on it.  I am hoping that this will help me clear up and understand what is going on in my gut.  I *think* I may have IBS - but it is not DR diagnosed or anything-hoping the Whole30 can help!


I will be starting on Monday.  This weekend will consist of finishing the rest of my meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal prepping!


Any advice or tips to help a gal get through this?
