TXDebbie
I bought one of each without consulting the book and, when I got home, checked. I don't see cantaloupe listed under the fruits but I do see melon. It doesn't say what type of melon though. This is my first time doing Whole30 and i'm on day 11. JulieP757
Yes both types of melons are fine.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted April 1, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 1, 2016 All fruit is Whole30-compliant. We recommend that you favor veggies over fruit and that fruit be limited to one or two fist-size servings per day. In other words, not eating any fruit is fine.
