Angela.reedpadilla
I'm starting today, too. My mom has been doing this since before Xmas, and she looks and feels great. I'm excited. Got the shelves stocked and the recipes ready!

ksea
I'm starting today as well. I just finished my first Whole30 on March 22nd, and went through a round of introductions. Ready to jump right back in!
Renata Sue King-Dewar
I've started what I call a pre-start. I'm checking out all recipes, found to buy and cleaning out my cuboard. Get paid on Monday so my official start date is Monday the 4th. I am so excited and scared at the same time. My brother has been doing this for 3 months, for his health, not fur the weight loss but has lost 27lbs. I will be doing it for both, to try and get my arthritis in control. I have failed at so many programs and this is that part that scares me, I NO longer want to be a failure. I will be 60 in July and want to take control of my health back. Thank you all for listening!!

Jessica Rhodes
I started my first whole30 today myself! I'm excited to see where it takes me and I hope I have the will power to last the 30 days especially with all the wonderful transformations people have made through this lifestyle. This morning didn't go perfectly when the salt dispenser lid decided to break and get rock salt all over my kitchen lol so I ended up only eating a few bites of the extremely salty food. After I got home with my groceries I tried again for lunch and it was delicious! Best of luck to us all! Happy whole30ing

Angela.reedpadilla
Happy day, two. Hope you all had a great start. I feel awesome. Got in about 12,000 steps yesterday, and especially enjoyed playing in the park with my kids, a rousing game of cops and robbers, with them on their electric scooters. My husband loves that I'm cooking more, something that rarely occurred in our busy lives. Making and sharing nutritious meals with my family makes me happy. I love Whole Foods and Trader Joes, which have helped supply my pantry. Trying to make the Basic Mayo from Whole30 was a disaster and stank up the house. Had better luck with the Sunshine Sauce and Chimichurri (found YouTube vid demonstrations for both). Ok, peeps, make it a great day!
