TexasDeMissouri Posted April 1, 2016 Share Posted April 1, 2016 Because of the great success of the whole 30, I was able to improve my health, increase my cardio capacity and drop 21 pounds in 30 days. I have decided to stay on the program for another 30 days. I'm doing this because I feel that I still have excess weight to drop. Depending where the next 30 days take me, I might still extend the program. Currently on Day 33. I have inspired my parents to do whole 30 and it's also for moral support for them.
