betsyjaney Posted April 1, 2016 Share Posted April 1, 2016 Day 1 - April 1, 2016 - and this is no April Fool's. I completed a Whole 30 in February and felt great. But I returned to the slippery slope and got back on sugar, and not really taking care of myself. This is the first time posting to an individual blog so will try this.
