Day 5 and feeling normal

Everyone's experience is different. Many people go through a "carb flu" type phase where they feel tired and headachey and grouchy. Others don't. It can be related to how you ate before -- in general, the closer you were to Whole30 eating in the days leading up to Whole30, the less bad those first few days are. Or you could just be lucky. Who knows, really -- the human body is a complex organism, and it can be very hard to predict exactly how a particular person will react. Just be happy you're not feeling awful, and keep going.
