Yesterday I was making zucchini noodles to go under my Chocolate Chili and I wanted only the inside part of the zucchini. So I used my julienne cutter and cut the skin off and kept it separate in a zip lock bag in the fridge.. I made noodles of the rest of the zucchini and had a great lunch. Today while I was fixing my lunch I found these in the fridge. They make the greatest snack. Raw Zucchini noodles. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
