jhcowan Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 I just completed my Whole30 and feel great. I love the changhes that have occured, and would like to continue on the program. My question, I have read that being on a low carb diet can be damaging long term. Any validity to this? I eat lots of sweet potatoes, and don't consider myself too low carb- mostly low processed /grain carbs. Your thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Susan W Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 I think they may be speaking of the low carb as in Atkins. I think they are around 20 grams of carbs during the first part.
