Thewolf1988 Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 Hi everyone I have just found this forum, I started getting into fitness about 10 months ago now so now really looking into the nutritional side of things more and more recently, I have tried Paleo in the past and had pretty good success with it but whole30 seems more in line with what I want for myself nutritionally and what I try to do when I have a clean eating month. So I am going to be starting this tomorrow, I have probably picked the hardest month to do it as I'm going away for 9 days in about 2 weeks time but if you're serious about your health and fitness you shouldn't be looking for excuses to fail but for reasons to succeed no matter what your circumstances are.
