Hannlib
I usually make my bone broth with beef bones, or I make chicken stock. But tonight I have (rather inelegantly) deboned a leg of lamb, so I have a raw lamb bone. Worth turning into broth?? Or will it be fatty?
missmary
you should totally turn it into broth, and the fattier the better IMO (if you don't agree, just chill and skim off the fat. the broth should be really flavorful still)
praxisproject
You can also keep any skimmed off fat for cooking with
Hannlib
It isn't top quality lamb I'm afraid, so I might well chill and skim. Thanks both!
