jmccormi Posted April 3, 2016 Share Posted April 3, 2016 Hi, I am preparing for my Whole30 and have eaten 5 meals a day for 15+ years. I am use to eating every 3-4 hours and not waiting 5-6 hours. missmary Posted April 3, 2016 Share Posted April 3, 2016 If you get hungry, eat a snack consisting of at least two macros (think veggies with protein or veggies with fat). But, take that as a hint that you should eat more at the next meal as well--keep tweaking your meals until you can last 4-5 hours without getting hungry.
