Starting April 11 - Overall Goal Health and Eliminate Allergies

Hello everyone,

My name is Chris and I am starting the Whole 30 Program on April 11.

I have developed (or acknowledge) allergies as an adult and my allergist has put me on an elimination diet. The elimination diet is very similar to the philosophy of Whole 30. Therefore I have decided to utilize the tools developed for Whole 30 to isolate my food allergies.

I Began the Whole30 program this morning. My meal plan for the week is to follow the meal plan on page 196 of the Whole30 book. First up was Breakfast - I typically skip breakfast (since grammar school I've been a wake-up, shower, out the door - person) and only have a 20 oz. cup of tea each morning (I never acquired a taste for coffee). Today I started the morning with a Spinach Frittata, orange and avocado slices, and tea. It's 11 AM, still feeling filled.

I'll provide a wrap-up tonight of how Day 1 went.
