Eating the required fats with each meal

I'm not sure I'm following the plan correctly in regards to the required fats for each meal.  Unless I'm eating something where I've used avocados or olives, do you just put the coconut flakes, milk, and nuts on the sided and eat those too.  It just seems really weird....

You don't need to be eating all of these in one meal.

Each meal should have 1-2 servings of fat so for instance, you might have fried eggs, veg & avocado for breakfast where the oil used for the eggs plus the avocado are fat. Or you could have a chicken salad for lunch with mayo & olives. Or for dinner maybe some walnut crusted pork served with oven roasted veg drizzled with olive oil....
