rk4810
So I've searched this question and found some answers but not really the ones I'm looking for. Can I have flavored Seltzer water? For example, Polar Raspberry Lime Seltzer, ingredients: Carbonated water, natural flavors. That's it. I know, "natural flavor" beware. I know, flavoring your own plain seltzer is safer. But what I'm looking for is: Is it against the rules? (PS I'm only on day 5 of my whole30, and I'll I've drank since Friday is water and black coffee) Thanks! berrybird
Flavored seltzer is OK, as long as it doesn't have sweeteners added. You can also get plain seltzer and add some fruit juice to it, though I'm a big fan of Polar seltzers myself.
