callen9970
I have this salad dressing from Trader Joes, and everything on the list of ingredients is Whole30 compliant, but the label says 2g sugars.....I honestly haven't really been looking at the 'Nutritional Value' labels - just the ingredients. Can I have that dressing?
laura_juggles
Many foods have natural sugars, but you have to look out for *added* sugars on the Whole30. If the ingredients list is compliant, then you're fine. I'm curious which dressing it is though because I remember I couldn't find a premade compliant dressing at TJ's last time I looked.
