HealthyForPNG
I stumbled across this recipe today, but haven't tried it yet. It looks compliant, and like it might work for those who are having a hard time making homemade mayo for a base. http://blissfulbasil.com/2014/03/28/coconut-milk-ranch-dressing/

HealthyForPNG
I just made it today, and it was really good! I didn't have everything on hand, so just put a clove of garlic, basil, some dried minced onion, salt pepper, and the ACV and it was still really, really good. madness
My favorite compliant ranch dressing recipe uses 1/2 mayo, 1/2 coconut milk. It's awesome! And the herbs are all super interchangeable in recipes like this. Use what you have and what you like! Good job HealthyForPNG!
Raineyrk
YUM! Thank you so much for posting this! I can't wait to make it, my husband LOVES ranch dressing and I haven't been able to successfully make the homemade mayo in order to make a compliant one. Savil95
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I can't stand mayo, in any preparation, so this is a lovely break from dressing my salads with vinaigrette.
donnamcgee29
I made a similar recipe some time ago. The first time it turned out good. The next two times the texture was like it separated. I didn't change anything. Has anyone had this happen or know how to keep the coconut cream from separating?
