The Journey Begins...

I'm spiraling out of control. I can't stop eating. My health is going down the drain and I'm at my highest weight ever. This is the hardest thing I have ever done, but it needs to be done, because I need my life back. I will not allow food to take over. I am going to slowly transition to a whole30 lifestyle over a few week period. I start today Friday the 4th of April and I end Sunday the 5th of June. This is it. This is all the time I have. I can push aside everything only for these few days to conquer my greatest adversary. 


My goals are:


1. Permanently eliminate my carbohydrate and sugar addiction.


2. Permanently eliminate my need to constantly eat, especially when watching or reading something.


3. Establish healthy eating habits and a healthy relationship to food.


4. Lose 15 pounds in the process. (This will take me out of the obese range and into the overweight range).
