kelcyrob93
I want to make shrimp spring rolls, but the thin, clear wraps have rice flour in them. Is this acceptable to eat?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 8, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 8, 2016 No it is not. No grains of any sort. Please re-read the program linked below.
laura_juggles
You can wrap them in lettuce leaves instead.
praxisproject
Wraps (unless they're something like lettuce or collard greens) are generally SWYPO or contain non-compliant grains. There are some great options instead, there's a great recipe somewhere with shrimp, coconut flour and paprika.
