blomemi
I'm on day 14 of my first whole30. Today I stumbled across a post saying that cooking spray is not whole30 compliant. I've used it probably every other day and did not even think about it not being allowed. I use coconut oil now, but does this mean that I am technically back to day 1? Or is it a trivial enough slip? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 9, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 9, 2016 It's not a trivial slip. Usually the reason that these are not compliant is because they have soy in them... Soy is a massive gut disruptor, so you really would be better off starting again... sorry!
blomemi
Darn! Well, thanks for the reply. Even though it wasn't the one I wanted

Even though it wasn't the one I wanted Ya, sorry about that but they make us tell the truth, even when we know people want to hear the opposite. Maybe you do a Whole45 instead and then you're still on Day 15, you're just extending it... easier on the mental game sometimes to look at it that way instead.
