hhargreaves
Hi - I take Ellura to help prevent UTIs (which I was getting about once every 4 weeks for over 6 months). It helps a lot but I just noticed that it has some weird ingredients. I'm on Day 13 and don't want to start over and really want to stay on this medicine, but I want to make sure I am really getting all the benefits of the program. Thoughts? The ingredients in Ellura are Proanthocyanidins (from Cranberry juice concentrate extract powder), gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. Thanks. Karen_Suep
If you're taking it because the dr recommended/prescribed it, dr's orders trump w30. Other than that, I'm clueless. It may be that with w30 you don't need to take it because whatever triggers the UTIs has been cleared from your system. Not a doc so I can't say for sure. praxisproject
Doctors orders trump Whole30. You can ask your chemist if they can find you another formula, but you can keep taking the one you have
