Compliant Nakd bars?

I'm on day 13 and have managed to avoid snacking (apart from some raw peppers and almond butter on day 1 when I hadn't eaten enough at dinner), but would like to keep a nakd bar with me for potential emergencies. My question is - are cocoa orange nakd bars compliant? I'm presuming not because the guidelines say:

"As per the rules of the program, it's not okay to add cocoa to dates and other fruits to make chocolate-y confections."

And yet I've seen a few comments on this form from non mods saying they think they're compliant. Do any mods have a definitive list of compliant nakd bars?

There is no such list.

Rather than a bar that is basically as close to a candy bar as you can get, why not keep a pouch or can of tuna or salmon on hand? Or compliant beef jerky? Something not sweet, that you're not likely to eat just because it's there or you're bored, but something that you would eat if you were truly hungry.

Well okay, can someone create a list? I saw that Melissa tweeted at Nakd last year about figuring out which bars are compliant, but I haven't heard anything since.

I am not likely to eat it because I'm bored. As I said I haven't snacked since day 1 - and my house is full of Easter eggs. Also I figured since they're compliant and actually linked in the whole30 book I could let myself have one on me just incase.

I don't think anyone is going to take the time to create a list of which flavors of something we don't want you eating on a regular basis are compliant.

I checked the website and they don't list the ingredients in each flavor so if you would like to post the ingredients of the one you want to carry around with you, we can check it. I would say the plain fruit/nut ones would be technically compliant (assuming the ingredients support that) while the ones attempting to replicate chocolate confections would not be.

If you want to find the ingredients of all the flavors and create a list tho, I'm sure we can review it and see that it's accurate and then there would be a list available.
