Laura Bass Berry
Hi folks! I am looking for advice on egg free breakfast ideas because my youngest son is egg allergic, but I would like to make these changes spread across my household. They must 1) taste great 2) contain NO egg 3) not be prohibitively time consuming or require special equipment. ( I don't own a juicer or anything like that.) TIA!! Derval
No juicing on W30 anyway there is a log here called egg-free whole30, that you should get ideas from. eta, found it! http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/2960-egg-free-whole-30/page__hl__egg-free__fromsearch__1
Carie Skeahan
We eat bacon, brussel sprouts, mushrooms and sweet potatoes for breakfast it is one of our favs. Cook up the bacon, remove the bacon, cook the rest in the bacon fat, add the bacon back in. Bacon must be compliant, of course.
Kate LeKites
Eggs are just your protein. Substitute with any other protein you wish: compliant sausage or bacon, ground beef/pork/lamb/etc., salmon. I often eat leftovers from dinner.

I have the food log Derval posted above & a bunch of ideas on my Pinterest page: http://pinterest.com/curranma/paleo-recipes/ Hope this helps!
