Mater Posted April 12, 2016 Share Posted April 12, 2016 Tomorrow my partner, Joni, and I start our first whole30. I am excited and anxious. I also am quitting smoking tomorrow. I feel ready and motivated to clean up this part of my life. My goals are to have more energy, less stiffness and better sleep. I hope this program will give me these. Wish me luck! Mater Posted April 15, 2016 Author Share Posted April 15, 2016 We are on day 4. Day 2 was a challenge, grumpy,cranky and not a lot of energy. But the good news, felt a lot better the next day. I am really enjoying this program so far, I feel good about myself and the food choices I'm making. I do have cravings, especially for smoking but each day they seem a little less. Thank you Whole30!
