Mary Albatross
I started my first Whole30 today. I am an extreme sugar addict and don't know how to cook at all, so I've been pretty terrified of starting. I've been living almost exclusively on highly processed, packaged foods. I spent a week reading, researching, and learning to make some simple things. Today is going well and I'm feeling pretty proud of myself for taking this leap. Through this process, I'm hoping to improve my frequent migraines, dry unhealthy skin, sleep issues, and fatigue. Also hoping to stop the yo-yo dieting cycle and lose weight healthily and permanently. Anyone else learning the BASICS of cooking while doing a Whole30?
