It is my day one in this journy and I am excited and nervous at the same time. I am not sure what tio expect. The reason I am taking the rout is because of my low energy, gut problems and fibromayalgia. I have started to become vegeterian because meat was giving me stomach problems. I am still sticking to my vegeterianism. I hope it work well.

I just had nmy breakfast 2 eggs, an apple, some lettuce and a cup of tea with some rasins. I am feeling good about it. so far so good.

How much to eat

You did not eat nearly enough. When you do not consume enough food to nourish your body, you cause all kinds of hormonal issues on top of setting yourself up to binge as you become hungry and lose will power.

The people who have stomach problems from eating meat are vegetarians who have not eaten meat for so long that their bodies lose the gut bacteria needed to properly digest meat. Human bodies are meat and are designed to consume meat. The best response to stomach issues provoked by eating meat is to consume digestive enzymes and probiotics until the gut repopulates the bacteria necessary to digest meat efficiently.

The protein can be 1-2 palm sized pieces.

Yep, lots of vegetables - aim for x3 cups.

The fruit is optional.

Choose one or two fat sources per meal - you don;t need to use all of them.

Nuts & seeds should be limited to a closed handful every other day at most.

I hope this helps clears things up a bit for you  :)
