I am nervous about- not eating between meals, drinking coffee without my fatfree half and half with artificial sweetener, and all the prep work for eating fresh vegetables everyday. I'm helping my dad, who is 69 and has MS, with the Wahl's Protocol, and it is very similar to this (lots of veggies and fruits, meats, no sugar, dairy, eggs, or gluten), so I thought this would be a good place for me to get some support. I realize W30 is grain free, so that is an extra step I'll take. I've done similar plans before. I know I'll have challenges. I LOVE dairy and wheat bread, and I crave sugar. I've noticed I'm getting to where I cannot control my sugar and "crunchy carb" cravings, so I need to get control. I'm hoping this plan will help. carolinesbeads Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 I started April 18th, I work nights and my first shift since starting is tomorrow night. I feel like that is my biggest obstacle, there is always tons of candy chips and dip, seems like every day we have a pot luck. I have planned ahead and will be bringing guac and peppers to dip, plus food from home so I am not wandering around the caffeteria at 2 am when my will power is the lowest. Good luck to both of you!
