Starting my whole 30 today! 4/16/16

Welcome! I'm just in Day 6 so I don't have any advice for you. My experience so far . . . there's a lot of food prepping/vegetable chopping! LOL I've felt surprisingly well this week. Today is the first day that I'm especially sleepy and am experiencing low energy. But I just keeping making right choices. I've signed up for the Daily 30 - daily emails. I recommend them. I really look forward to reading them each morning and I love clicking on the "I did it!" button at the end of each day! There's always a fun, little video or picture for you when you've completed each day. :) Best wishes to you!
