Dear Whole30...I love you! Let's go for 60 more days together!

I completed my first Whole30 at the end of March and despite the weight loss it was a total life gain! I am now able to directly associate any bad feelings I have (headache, trouble sleeping etc.) with food. Taking the month of April to navigate my way through eating has really inspired me to kick off a Whole60. I am worried that in some respects I am setting myself up for disaster so I am looking for any insight or direction from anyone who has done this before. Also, any feedback to perfect my Whole60 and make it the most successful, for example I always find cooking for myself difficult so any fun, fast recipes?

Thanks!

@readyforit, congratulations on completing the Whole30.  I'm a first timer and in Day 9 and I'm amazed at how good I feel.  I'm thinking about continuing on, like you, for another 30 days.  I, too, would be interested in how you navigate this.  As @Chellesdoingr8 mentioned, I have the Whole 30 book and the recipes are really delicious!  Good luck!

Hi Michelle! I just got the cookbook yesterday and started reading through it! I will absolutely take a look at this website thank you so much!

@HedyF yes it feels so good! I have been in "maintenance mode" for the last month and some days I feel terrible but then I go back to eating whole and feel amazing! I will definitely keep you updated on how the next 60 days go! Keep it up and good luck with the next 20 days!
